Taraki often conducts research into a range of activities to help develop, share and progress knowledge around mental health in Punjabi communities.
We are firm believers that research can take many forms. In our first Zine with Expert by Experience, we covered the topic of social isolation and loneliness across a range of South Asian perspectives. This involves creative pieces for a range of contributors, ranging from prose and poetry to photography and illustration. Thank you to Ananya Paints for providing illustrations!
